At College Park, we believe in equipping our ministry leaders to better serve those in our congregation. One of the ways we do this is through Small Group Leader Equip Nights. These special events available to all Small Group Coaches and Leaders are only offered twice a year and are designed to train and refresh leaders through teaching and fellowship with other leaders.
